Cancellations

I understand that sometimes life happens. Sometimes you will have to cancel your cake because of sickness, bad weather, or more recently, COVID.
If a cancellation is made 7+ days before the intended pickup, the booking can be cancelled or postponed. [Pre-purchased decorations will need to be paid for]. Please note that the deposit is also non-refundable.

However, if the booking is within the week of the booking, the cake will need to be paid for in full unless it can be sold on to someone else.

Deposits

50% non-refundable deposits are required for all cake bookings. Please note that until I have received this deposit, your cake is not locked in. Final payment is due at the date of the order and can be made via transfer or cash on pickup.

The deposit is transferrable if the booking has been postponed at least a week in advance of the original date.
